Barbara was first licensed in 1976 and has been one of the most
successful real estate brokers's on Maryland's Eastern Shore.
She is devoted to providing the finest service available while
staying on top of the latest marketing trends. Barbara holds
an Associate Broker’s License, is a Graduate of the Real
Estate Institute (GRI), Certified Residential Specialist (CRS),
and Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR).

Married to Butch Watkins for 31 years, she has 2 children, Kyle
and Meredith, and 2 grandchildren. Barbara enjoys jogging,
gardening and spending time with her family. Along with the
numerous real estate organizations, she is a long time member
of the Talbot YMCA, Anne Arundel County Board of Realtors, the
National Trust for Historic Preservation, and the Cambridge
Yacht Club.
