Barbara was first licensed in 1976 and has been
one of the most successful real estate brokers
on Maryland's Eastern Shore. She is devoted to

Barbara holds an Associate Broker’s License, is
a Graduate of the Real Estate Institute (GRI),
Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), and
Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR).

Married to Butch Watkins since 1973, she has
2 children, Kyle and Meredith, and 2 grandchildren.

member of the Talbot YMCA, the Mid-Shore Board of
Realtors, the Talbot County Chamber of Commerce,
the Anne Arundel County Board of Realtors, and the
