|
Kathy Bernard has been a licensed Realtor for over 10
years. She holds a MBA and has enjoyed an eclectic
career including sales and marketing for a Fortune
500 builder, property management, international
business development and management for a mariculture
and aquaculture firm in the Caribbean, and as a
political science instructor at a university in the
Philippine Islands.
Passionate for philanthropic endeavors, Kathy has
served as President of the United Fund of Talbot
County, Chair of Festival of Trees, board member of
the Eastern Shore Chamber Music Festival, Character
Counts coach, and as a tennis coach for Easton High
School.
Kathy enjoys the challenge of finding the perfect
property and negotiating the best price and terms
for her clients. A Talbot County resident since
1992, she resides in Easton with her husband, Bill
and daughters Lauren, a senior at Easton High School,
and Michelle, a sophomore at Washington University
in St. Louis.
