About Courtney

Courtney Chipouras is a Realtor and agent with Benson and Mangold Real Estate. As a native of Maryland’s Eastern Shore, Courtney brings a deep knowledge of the communities, landscapes, and waterfront of the Chesapeake region to her clients, focusing on commercial and residential properties in Kent, Queen Anne’s, and Talbot Counties.

 Courtney has achieved $80 million in real estate sales from 2017-2022. She is consistently ranked among the top 150 agents in the “Chesapeake Real Producers”.  This includes all individual agents and agent teams in Anne Arundel, Calvert, Queen Anne’s, Kent and Talbot Counties.

Courtney brings a wealth of experience to her real estate career. In addition to an MBA from Wilmington University, Courtney’s professionalism is informed by almost 20 years of global corporate experience with Verizon in sales management, relationship building, business development, and account management. Her skills and capability were acknowledged with inclusion in Verizon’s President Club in 2002 and 2015 and the Top Client Executive-Overall Verizon Enterprise Solutions in 2016.

Courtney lives with her husband in Prospect Bay on Little Greenwood Creek in Grasonville, Maryland, and is deeply committed to giving back to her community through volunteerism and board commitments. Currently, she serves as a board member of Rebuilding Together-Kent County and the Queen Anne’s County Mental Health Committee.
