Rich has over 30 years of residential real estate brokerage and development experience. He is associate broker with Benson and Mangold on the Eastern Shore of Maryland in the St. Michaels office, and a broker with KLM Real Estate Services. Prior joining Benson and Mangold, Rich worked on over 25 commercial, retail and residential development projects throughout DC, Northern Virginia and Maryland.

Rich grew up in Falls Church, Virginia and spent his summers on the Chesapeake Bay and has fond memories of his Chesapeake adventures from the Northern Neck of Virginia to the Eastern Shore of Maryland. Having built and redeveloped homes in Talbot and Caroline counties in Maryland, and homes in Chevy Chase, MD, Falls Church and Mclean areas of Virginia, Rich has unique skills to help navigate the complexities of buying real estate and building in both the DC area and the Eastern Shore of Maryland He also specializes in moving and downsizing homeowners with specialized services to accommodate their needs including asset disposition. He currently resides in St. Michaels, MD.
